We Love Mexican Food. The last several years we have had a get together with family or friends on Cinco De Mayo. We all bring our favorite mexican dish and eat lots! This is what we ate on Cinco De Mayo this year. Homemade chips/Tamales from Lady Tamales/Refried Beans/Spanish Rice/Guacamole/Jim's meat/not pictured...chicken fajitas. So yummy!
